Admission criteria
For entry to the Graduate Certificate or Master degree, applicants are required to have an undergraduate degree from a recognised Australian tertiary institution or a qualification deemed to be equivalent. Applicants with other academic and/or professional qualifications and/or work experience acceptable to the University will be considered.
Note: Students should have access to a personal computer.
Articulation
The Graduate Certificate articulates with the Master Degree and the Graduate Diploma is an exit point only course within the Master Degree.
Graduation requirements
To graduate students must satisfactorily complete 32 points for the Graduate Certificate or 96 points for the Master degree. Students electing to graduate with the exit point only Graduate Diploma must satisfactorily complete 64
points.
Course structure
The course consists of twelve core subjects for the Master degree, the first four of which comprise the Graduate Certificate which may be undertaken as a discrete course. Students may elect to exit from the Master degree after completion of eight specified subjects and graduate with the Graduate Diploma of Business Leadership.

Graduate Diploma
This comprises the four core subjects in the Graduate Certificate in Business Management and
MGT595 Embedding Change Leadership
HRM512 Values and Conflicts in Organisations
MGT520 Entrepreneurship and New Venture Development
MGT595 Developing and Managing the Enterprise
Upon completion of the four Graduate Certificate subjects and the above four subjects, students may elect to exit with the award of Graduate Diploma of Business Leadership (GradDipBusLship)

Enrolment pattern
Because of the flexibility of the course requirements, there is no prescribed enrolment pattern. Students may choose the order in which they undertake subjects, depending upon the availability of subjects and the meeting of any pre-requisites. Usually students enrol in one or two subjects per trimester.
